Happy Summer!

I love using button shapes to dress up a project.  Also, love wearing flip-flops all summer long!

I'm entering my card in the Totally Paper Crafts challenge to use buttons on your card/project.  The challenge can be found here.

I used the flip-flops stamp set sentiment from PTI and the flip flop die from PTI; the button bugs (ladybug and bee) are from the Dress It Up Tiny Bugs button pack.  Sizzix embossing folders used for background and the flip flop die cuts were also embossed.  The patterned paper and ribbon are from PTI.  Adhesive pearls from stash.

2TC51 Challenge - School's Out for the Summer!

The challenge at Twisted Tuesday Challenges is to create a card or project that includes children on it with the twist to use the color yellow somewhere on your creation to represent the warm summer sun.

The Twisted Tuesday #51 challenge can be found here.

I used the Stampabilities Peanuts Gang Having Fun stamp and the sun was die cut using the MFT sun die.  Sun face stamped with a Peachy Keen stamp.  The sentiment is from a Kraftin Kimmie Yevette stamp.

CAS Christmas in May

I created this card for a challenge on SCS, You Can Do It, a weekly card challenge.  This week we were to create a Christmas card!  I LOVE using designer paper and chose this design from a paper pack I received in a secret sister swap from Imke in Germany.  Thank you Imke!  All I needed to do was cut it to size for an A2 card and add a sentiment!  CAS and Easy Peasy!
